About The Role
Draganfly Innovations is on the lookout for a Production Supervisor. In this critical role, you will be at the heart of daily manufacturing operations—leading assembly, testing, and quality activities to ensure every product is built safely, accurately, and on schedule. This is a floor‑focused leadership position where you’ll oversee production execution, drive performance, and support the growth and development of our manufacturing team.
As a key link between the production floor and regional production leadership, the Production Supervisor plays an essential role in maintaining alignment, reinforcing standards, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. You’ll help translate strategy into action—coordinating workflows, removing obstacles, and ensuring the team has what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day scheduling, support, and logistics tasks to keep the Procurement team running smoothly
- Ensure timely and accurate ERP updates are made to reflect both ongoing and future Production work
- Collaborate closely with other teams in the Engineering department to onboard new products and support the ECO process
- Monitor adherence to established standards and assist leadership in determining/refining new processes
- Coordinate with other departments as well as outside vendors to support Production logistics (material procurement and receipt, shipment of finished goods, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or team-lead role
- Strong familiarity with manufacturing environments and shop-floor operations
- Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly and test
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to read and interpret technical assembly manuals and wiring diagrams
- Working knowledge of manufacturing techniques including: 3D printing; Composites fabrication; CNC machining; PCB fabrication; Electronics assembly and test.
Compensation package:
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000
