About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for processing work orders, locating merchandise, and packaging orders for shipment. This role is located on-site at our Saskatoon location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Packaged and processed shipments for client orders and inter-company transfers.
- Creating international shipping documentation, including customs documents, export reports, and certification documents
- Managing the reordering of shipping materials and tools
- Work with courier representatives to resolve issues and delays with inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaising with vendors to coordinate inbound shipments.
- Liaising with vendors to coordinate material return shipments.
- Coordinating with the customer success team to manage client returns for service shipments.
- Unpacking and receiving inbound shipments from vendors
- Process inventory put away and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain dangerous goods transportation documentation and records.
- Maintaining dangerous goods compliance
- Data entry and record management related to order fulfillment and shipping.
- Conduct pre-packaging quality control checklists on OEM products, including:
- Systems performance checks
- QC documentation completion
- RPAS flight testing
- Perform additional tasks related to order fulfillment as required, including the assembly of OEM products.
- Perform general quality control inspections on inbound materials upon receipt and outbound products prior to shipment.
- Perform assembly of product kits
- General shop clean-up and organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, including international.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
- Class 5 driver’s license
Other Items Considered to Be an Asset:
- Familiarity with and experience in Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations
- Become familiar with the safe handling of lithium batteries
- Transport Canada RPAS Pilot Certificate holder
- Experience with assembly or service of RPAS
- Experience with assembly or service of robotics and remotely operated vehicles
- Mechanically inclined
