About the Role:
AiR·Wash, Draganfly’s drone-powered soft wash division, is on a mission to revolutionize exterior cleaning—and we’re looking for a trailblazer to help us take this vision to market. This isn’t your typical sales gig. We’re not selling a commodity—we’re launching an entirely new category powered by cutting-edge drone technology. Your job? Help customers see the future and believe in it.
You’ll be the face of AiR·Wash in the field—actively generating leads, closing deals, and building a loyal customer base from the ground up. Working closely with our operations team, you’ll help ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role where you’ll dive into the action, whether it’s demoing our drone-powered technology, solving customer challenges on the spot, or contributing to the refinement of our go-to-market strategy. As AiR·Wash grows, so will your role—evolving into a full-scale sales and scheduling function that expands with the business.

This is an on-site position in Rosenberg, Texas
Salary: $60,000-$75,000/Year USD
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
- Generate and manage outbound and inbound sales for drone-based exterior cleaning services
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Create proposals based on customer needs, site access, and service scope
- Track all leads, quotes, and opportunities in CRM and report regularly to leadership
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective and existing clients
Support and Coordination
- Work closely with operations to schedule approved jobs
- Communicate clearly with clients on service timing, prep, and expectations
- Occasionally assist with field logistics or job site visits as needed during startup
- Collect client feedback and relay insights to improve services and messaging
Growth and Team Collaboration
- Help shape early sales materials, proposals, and presentation decks
- Offer input on pricing, packaging, and customer objections
- Coordinate with the Program Manager on weekly priorities
- Build relationships for long-term contract potential and referral networks
- Provide in-field support as required to manage the safe, successful and efficient delivery of wash drone services to clients in a variety of sectors
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years in B2B or service-based sales
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Organized and self-driven with solid follow-through
- Able to adapt in a startup environment and shift priorities when needed
- Local to Houston and able to work on-site
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in exterior services, construction, drones, or solar
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic scheduling platforms
- Spanish-speaking is not necessary, but considered an asset
